Coach Central is an all-in-one platform for coaches and clubs: plan training sessions, manage rosters and player development plans, run your schedule, prep for gamedays, and get AI help that respects where your team is in the season.

Your dashboard shows a welcome guide with the first few things to set up for your role. Start there. Coaches usually set a game model, add a team and roster, then plan a session. You can reopen the welcome guide any time from Profile → Welcome guides.

If your account has more than one role, a view switcher appears in the top bar. Switching changes your whole dashboard and navigation to that role's tools. Each view has its own welcome guide.

Open Teams & Rosters, create a team (set its age group, gender and play format), then add players one by one or bulk-import a roster. Players collect a birth year (not a full date of birth) and, for minors, guardian contact details.

An IDP is an Individual Development Plan — per-player goals, criteria, ratings and progress notes. Open a player from their team and start an IDP. You can bulk-create plans from a roster, and share a self-evaluation link so players (or guardians) rate themselves.

Go to Session Planning. Build a session from your activity library, start from scratch, or use AI Quick Build to draft one around your game model and the current phase of your season. You can reorder activities, add objectives, and share the session.

AI Quick Build drafts a full session from your game model, the session's focus, and where your team sits in its periodization. It never sends players' personal details to the AI. Review and edit anything before you save it.

A game model is your playing identity — how you want to play across the four moments of the game. Setting one powers AI sessions, IDP criteria and gameday roles. Take the short discovery quiz, describe your game and let AI recommend one, or browse the library.

Open the Calendar and add events — practices, games, tournaments or other events. Recurring practices are supported. Your schedule drives periodization awareness and gameday prep, so keep it current.

Yes — you can subscribe to a read-only calendar feed so your practices and games show up in Google, Apple or Outlook calendars. Look for the calendar-feed option on your schedule or profile.

Open Gameday Prep and create a plan for a match: set your lineup and formation, assign roles, add opponent scouting notes, and build a sub plan. You can share a clean match report, and an AI matchday brief tailored to each player's development focus.

In Community you can follow other coaches, share sessions and plans, and join the discussion. Your feed fills with what the coaches you follow post.

The Library is the Coach Central content hub — guides across tactics, training, leadership and sports science. Clubs can also have their own shared session and activity library.

Coach Development is your club's coaching curriculum. Your director assigns learning modules with deadlines; you work through them and, where required, complete a practical. Due modules show on your dashboard.

Coach Accountability shows where every coach you oversee stands against your club's standards and cadence. From there you can message a coach directly or open their detail.

In your club's Academy you can author learning modules, organise them into folders, and assign them to coaches with due dates. You can also set the club's weekly tactical focus, which recommends a session and the learning behind it.

Tactical periodization lets a director outline the club's theme for each week of the season — the moment, zone and principle to work on — plus a recommended session and learning module. Coaches then see that focus on their dashboard.

Club admins get a master schedule spanning every team, plus fields and locations to set where and when teams can train. Add facilities first, then build the club-wide calendar.

Finances & Fees is where club admins track registration fees, dues and the club's financial picture.

People join your club through an invite link scoped to a role — coach, director, team manager or admin. Whoever accepts lands already set up for that role. Directors can then be mapped to the teams they oversee.

Everything about your account lives on the Profile & Account page — your public coach profile, avatar, credentials, notification preferences, password and email. You can also reopen the dashboard welcome guides there.

Open Profile & Account → Notifications and toggle which email updates you receive, such as digests and nudges.

Profile & Account → Your data lets you export your data or delete your account. Players' personal data follows the club's retention policy.

Open the link and rate yourself on each criterion honestly. Your coach sees your ratings alongside their own to guide your development plan. For younger players, a parent or guardian helps complete it.
